Hot Vit Lon

Also known as 'Balut' Hot Vit Lon is a particularly daring street food here where a fertilised egg with an almost fully formed baby chick is served, roadside usually with chilli, tamarind and herbs. It is very popular amongst the locals as a beer snack but quite feared by many tourists.
